Feedback and enquiries
User feedback is essential for developing and debugging both SBEM and iSBEM, leading to possible future development.
Enquiries about the use of the tool, the application of regulations and the results of the calculations can probably best be answered through other routes such as the User Guide, contact with accreditation schemes and/or Government bodies.
Feedback
Where possible, we would appreciate feedback separately for the overall methodology (the NCM) and the tool (SBEM and iSBEM).
Please identify the scope of your comments by selecting the most relevant headings from the drop down lists in the feedback form below.
If your feedback is about understanding the tool please check first whether the iSBEM User Guide or "F1" help within iSBEM already deals with the issue.
It may be that someone else has already made the same points that you wish to raise. It would be helpful if you could check whether this is the case by looking at the FAQs and the news page before adding new comments.

Before submitting an enquiry on using the tool, please remember that you can refer to the iSBEM User Guide, as well as the list of Frequently Asked Questions. You can also click "F1" while in any field within the iSBEM interface to get Help information on any specific item or parameter.
In England and Wales Energy Assessors should direct all SBEM queries to their Accreditation Scheme Providers.
For policy queries related to Part L, please contact the Building Control department of your local council or CLG through enquiries.br@communities.gsi.gov.uk
For policy queries related to Non-Domestic EPCs, please contact your Accreditation Scheme Provider, or refer to CLG's website at www.communities.gov.uk/epbd
